SLVR eBay Sync Addendum
This Addendum applies when a seller connects an eBay account to SLVR. It supplements the SLVR Terms of Service and Buyer & Seller Agreement.
1. Third-Party Platform
eBay is a third-party marketplace not owned, operated, controlled, sponsored, or endorsed by SLVR. eBay and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners. SLVR Sync relies on eBay APIs, account permissions, webhooks, marketplace policies, rate limits, and service availability, each of which may change, be delayed, be restricted, or fail outside SLVR's control.
2. Authorization
By connecting eBay, you authorize SLVR to access your connected eBay seller account through eBay's authorization flow, import active listing data, display imported listing content on SLVR, update mirrored listing information where supported, end eBay listings when triggered by SLVR sales or seller delisting actions, and receive eBay notifications where available.
3. Best-Effort Sync
eBay Sync is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SLVR does not guarantee that listings, prices, descriptions, images, inventory status, delists, sales, or other data will sync in real time, without error, or at all. SLVR may use fallback polling, status checks, retry logic, and health indicators, but those tools do not create a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
4. Seller Responsibility
You remain solely responsible for verifying imported listing data, monitoring SLVR and eBay inventory, maintaining accurate prices and descriptions, complying with eBay policies, maintaining valid account permissions, fulfilling orders, and manually correcting or delisting items if sync appears delayed or inaccurate.
5. Inventory Conflicts
SLVR may provide tools designed to reduce duplicate sales or stale inventory, but sync delays, third-party failures, network errors, API limits, account restrictions, webhook failures, or other events may result in duplicate listings, stale listings, or conflicting sales. You are responsible for resolving related cancellations, refunds, buyer communications, eBay fees, marketplace penalties, or other consequences.
6. Listing Content Rights
You represent that you have all rights necessary to import, display, reproduce, modify, and publish listing titles, descriptions, images, prices, metadata, and other content imported from eBay or provided through your connected account.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SLVR will not be liable for lost profits, lost sales, loss of goodwill, marketplace penalties, eBay fees, account restrictions, chargebacks, duplicate sales, stale listings, data mismatches, delayed sync, API outages, third-party claims, or other damages arising from or related to eBay Sync.
8. Suspension or Changes
SLVR may disable, limit, modify, or discontinue eBay Sync at any time for security, platform integrity, operational, legal, marketplace policy, or third-party access reasons. You may disconnect eBay at any time, though imported listing data may remain on SLVR unless removed through available SLVR tools or policies.
